        Joannas class was truly wonderful - the perfect mix of everything youd want from a yoga class. She has a special energy and we felt the glow for the rest of the day. We dont live on the Isle of Wight so we were excited to learn that we can soon join her classes virtually! AND I love that Wight Wellness plant a tree for every person that comes to a class.

        Being part of a womens circle for the first time was an amazing experience. Jo was so warm and encouraging and helped us take the time to acknowledge how we were truly feeling. She was able to softly but skilfully create a supportive and nourishing environment. I would recommend it for anyone who rushes through the stresses of life and might benefit from taking a breath to think and heal.
