        Not impressed with the customer service we received here today. Usually its very good, I was stood for over 5 minutes waiting to be served the members of staff were no where to be seen, I looked up the shop and they were stood at the back chatting and on a mobile phone. So I commented and said I would like to be served please, not funny when you have two small children one of whop doesn't tolerate waiting.
