I love Patricia's approach and the amount of therapies and experience she has under her belt that she applies to the session. It is like a "therapist candy bar"! She can read the body easily and address the problems. We are so lucky on the Island, the therapists are wonderful! Thank you Patricia, I would definitely come and see you again.

Always feel so much better after a treatment with Trisha. I visit once a month to help relieve muscle tension to my neck, shoulders and back mainly. Trisha has vast knowledge and explains throughly what treatments are suitable and also gives great advice on gentle exercises and stretching techniques. Trish has a wonderful selection of essential oils which not only smell fabulous help to relax you too. A visit is highly recommended to relieve any niggles!
