        In 2022 we instructed Churchers to buy our home. As an ex Chartered Surveyor I have come across several solicitors in my time but none more incompetent than Churchers (more specifically the RJR arm acquired in 2022). The onboarding was something out of the 1900s in terms of pace, through to the sheer lack of communication from our solicitor in the entire process for updates, through to the complete lack off interest in completing the deal. I could go into microscopic details about it but will save you the pain. All I would say is to avoid the RJR arm of this company they acquired in 2022 - all apart from one of the receptionists that had our corner and got things eventually moving to completion. A dire experience.
