Revive hair, beauty and nails

Bought a Price is Wight beauty voucher. Tried for 5 days to book the appointment; either no answer or "the lady with the appointment book has left for the day". Left an answerphone message - no return call. Finally got through; not a particularly polite lady and it felt like I was troubling her! We got to the end of March before I said "stop, this isn't going to work" I wanted my eyelashes done promptly - not in months time!! She said she'll sort a refund out 'when she's free'. Who knows when that'll be, then!

I have just come from the salon feeling like a new woman! Thank you for my amazing post lockdown new look. You are doing an amazing job to keep everyone safe and I was so reassured and dare I say it, even relaxed! Cannot thank you enough. Can't wait for my next appointment xxx

I bought my Wife a voucher to treat herself recently, she wanted a good cut but complained that some salons cannot manage her hair growth pattern. My Wife came home and was glowing with praise for her hairdresser Chelsea, who she said listened and understood her problems, before restyling and drying her hair. My Wife then sat and had a pedicure, something she would never normally spend money on, and couldn't believe how soft her feet felt after. A little treat for my Wife has earned me brownie points, and made my Wife feel special. Thank you Ladies for a great job, and she will be returning soon.

Had my hair cut with Chelsea shes lovely down to earth, listens to what I would like done and offers good advice. Very professional welcoming salon. Highly recommend.
