Bit of a joke. Asked them to look at some work for me, they never rang back. I chased after several weeks, someone came, promised a quote and they have never been see since. Just wasted my time.

Excellent service. My elderly father has central heating insurance cover through HOMESERVE UK. When he called to report a problem with his boiler, FW MARSH were sent and fixed the boiler, but identified a leak in the radiator. Unfortunately, HOMESERVE contract an alternative business to deal with this type of issue and that other business arrived and caused more leaks than were originally there. Thankfully, FW MARSH came to the rescue and rectified the issues caused by the other business. I am now taking the matter up with HOMESERVE, because I believe that other business do not have the expertise or experience to deal with central heating issues. It is also worth noting that FW MARSH are recommended by Trading Standards and that other company are not.
