Ray has been so helpful and kind in surveying my house and giving advice, even after purchase. As a first-time buyer, I really didnt know much about anything, but Rays survey was very professional and thorough and left me feeling far more confident about knowing what I was getting into. Hes remained on-hand to answer any questions and has really gone above and beyond his duties as a surveyor. Id recommend him to anyone and would definitely use his services again. Ray has been involved in various projects and giving property advice to me since 1993. He is both knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend him to anyone particularly regarding building surveys and identifying property defects. I am hopefully moving to the Isle of Wight soon and will definitely engage Ray to carry out a building survey on my new property. His integrity has always been unquestionable.

Awful! He submitted a draft report with a really serious error in it. This meant that I couldn't trust the rest of the report and that I ended up having to withdraw my offer on the house.
