I asked for tuna mayo, cheese, coleslaw with some salad and onion. As you can see from the photo below so little tuna that you can barely see it or taste it for the matter. There wasnt much in the way of cheese or coleslaw either. I was very disappointed after spending over 5 on a baguette. I left thinking that I will just make it at home. This has happened so many times now that I am considering going elsewhere - after 8 or more times, I thought thats it Im writing a review ( it is the same at the Newport one). You get the odd staff member putting a nice lot of filling in but most dont now - so why not train them all the same?! I know that someone reviewed about the lack of filling a month ago so I simply cannot understand why this wasnt rectified then - I dont like giving poor reviews as I know how tough business can be, but when people are spending a lot of money this is not acceptable for the price that is charged. You responded to them to ask for more - you should train your staff to put more in please and not put the embarrassment onto customers. Not so much choice either. I also cant understand why it is not dog friendly - you wont even let people queue up with their dogs to pay. Not really fitting with what people expect these days.
