Without doubt one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced, Jason, James and Lee are friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, their ability to go above and beyond for their customers is extraordinary. I have used their services extensively, and I rate the advice, their work, and professional but friendly attitude as exemplary. Very highly recommended.

One of the best Cycle shops on the isle of wight. I have used it for years and every time they have fixed the problem, often cheaper than originally quoted. They are friendly, knowldgable and most importantly Honest.

Very helpful staff, I've been coming to Tav Cycles for 10 years and they have always helped me with my diy electric bikes, I know they think I'm mad but they put up with me. A great shop.
