        This is where kids playground/park/picnic area meets the golden sands of Appley Beach in Ryde. The tide goes out almost 1/2km and leaves golden sands with warm pools of water. Great play equipment (though some it needs some maintenance) but it's like being in Australia! Lovely prominade lines with grass, palm trees and cute beach huts and of course the Appley Tower
