        Great local gym with everything you could need. I am moving out of the area and wish I could bring the gym with me.

        Go here 3-4 times a week only small but everything u need staff very nice and welcoming and also very cheap for a monthly subscription would highly recommend it

        The large gym is very clean, well maintained with lots of equipment. Variety of fun & challenging classes with friendly motivating instructors. Would definitely recommend Georgina if anyone is looking for a PT been training with her now for a few months , shes keen on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging, has a positive attitude which empowers me to work out even harder. All the staff at valley fit are very knowledgable and welcoming , if youre a long term gym goer or a newby it really does cater for all.
