Absolutely disgusting service and would not touch these lot with a 10foot pole to be quite honest. Bought a SEAT Ibiza 1.2 TDI from these and paying way more than I should've for a car with 92000 miles on it, scratches and paint chipped off but I knew what I wanted and thought this was the dream! After owning the car for 3 weeks, the check engine light came on, 2 weeks later I had forked out over 900 for a new EGR valve. Not even 8 weeks later, all my breaks stopped working whilst I was driving on the motorway(!!!!) and to say it was MOTed 13/14 weeks before that and passed with 'no advisories' This then cost me 800+ to sort out, needing new discs and pads on all wheels and drums and cylinders on my rear wheels. Following this, 3 months later I discovered that my battery was not in the correct position so was sliding about causing my car to be very picky when it wanted to stop and start. Then a month later a new fuel pump that was 400. It feels like all I have had is problems and with it being my first car I was so excited to finally be driving. At 18, a student, not earning huge amounts and being sold a problematic car that had more problems than anything I have ever known after being sold as in "great condition". Being promised a warranty I never received or heard anything of after paying the 4250. Had my number blocked and never heard anything from them again.

Bought a black 2008 golf 1.9 tdi from these lot. Paid way more than I should have 2250 thats car had done 160k on the clock. Drove pretty good. Supposedly one previous owner. The service book had another golfs registration plate. Bit dodgy that. Also after less than 24 hours buying the car the DPF light came on. Must have been cleared before I bought it. Was described as immaculate there was a big scratch on the front of the car. Scratches on the back of the car too. The person that sold me the car was majid. He said he did not like selling cars to Pakistanis for some reason like that is okay to say. They are looking to fool their customers. I had told him the problem I had and he had said I cant do nothing about. Bear in mind the problem occurred within less than a day. What a scam. I paid a lot for a car that cost me more after buying it. Not very nice people tbh. Would be careful with these lot. There was no back-wiper fitted either because they couldnt be bothered to remove a bolt. What kind of dealers are you lot?

Shelby motors Brought Peugeot 107 BV63 EWJ from me when test drove told me oil and water was mixing I asked a mechanic (no it wasnt) told me clutch was going (no it wasnt I had this checked)if this was the case why hasnt it been stated a new clutch has been fitted? customer service experience was awful. They have tried to get this cheap to sell for double the price when I first brought this Peugeot it was sold to me for 3k so good luck in trying to get more for it!! Wouldnt even bother buying from them at all!
