Chris was really helpful in getting more out of my CV to make it stand out. He was able to help me identify things from previous jobs that I had achieved, that I hadn't thought to add in! With the earlier experience that was on my CV he helped me to cut it down to the absolute essentials to make it as streamlined and relevant as possible to the role I was applying for.

Chris is one amazing person who knows how to communicate and retrieve information about yourself in your current and past places of work that you didn't realise and then apply that to your CV. I hardly recognise myself and my qualities that I have to offer. Chris has been helping me since the moment he knew I am to be made redundant. He reviewed and even amended my CV, made it shorter, stronger and more attractive to potential employers. He also provided some tips for it not to be rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems. Chris went through a number of recessions and his guidance and advice on how to sail through this challenging time is proving very comforting. I'm a writer and copy editor and Chris is a very helpful cv adviser and made a lot of extra time to go through my cv and job application with me. This is not a 'i'll write a cv for you' service but a very thorough one to one tutoring service that enables you to look at how to best promote your skills in order to prepare you for interview. Highly recommended.

I worked with the CV Advisor on their review and improve package, Chris was very efficient and thorough. He really got down to the bones of what was wrong with my current one and showed me how to make the improvements, with great suggestions on particular phrases and structure. The two sessions we had were very informative and really helped to boost my confidence when applying for jobs. The difference before and after was night and day. Chris was really clear about what needed to be done and how to do it, explaining the effect it would have on potential employers In all, the clear, effective changes made defiantly increased the response rate of perspective employs and I have just gotten a job I am really excited to start. I would defiantly recommend to anyone whether you're struggling to write your CV or even if you think its solid but aren't getting much response from employers. Chris pointed out thigs that i had never even considered and that hadn't been mentioned in any websites or YouTube videos that are aimed at improving your CV
