        I booked an appointment here on the 3rd April for my holiday on the 1st July, after giving them another chance after already having 1 appointment cancelled the previous year. 5 days before my appointment she messaged me on Instagram cancelling due to not having staff to cover the front desk (same excuse as before). No apology for cancelling the appointment, just offered me a time which obviously I couldnt do as I work 9-5 and had booked a day annual leave literally for the appointment. Dont book here x
