Sam is an amazing personal trainer to work with. He assesses your fitness level and provide you with relevant training. He brings along his own equipments and weights so that is a big advantage if you don't want to invest in them yourself. He constantly checks on you if you are doing ok during training. I like how flexible he is for scheduling training sessions and is very accommodating. I would really recommend him.

Sam is exceptional, catered to my requirements and he has been really flexible with my timings and days. The workouts are customized to my body type and goals. Also none of the days are similar so its exciting to figure out the different ways of exercises, makes it really exciting and fun. Definitely recommended!
