First and probably sadly last visit to this store. On a positive - staff were very helpful and tried their best and regular packaged goods eg soy sauce were fine. But - they lacked many essentials eg fresh Thai basil, Thai aubergine, fresh Lime leaf (had only frozen). More disappointingly many of the fresh produce they had were in poor shape and more seriously some shouldnt have been on sale at all. Eg the regular basil was wet and rotting, shrimps had defrosted and a were sitting in tepid water, and the back door to the shop was wide open for vermin and insects to wander in. Please tidy up the store and introduce some better stock and quality control.

I am a regular customer. I like that I can get a variety of interesting ingredients and groceries. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Good selection and reasonable prices. I always get spices from here as opposed to supermarkets.
