        Awful. I Had two pairs of redwing shoes sent away asked for a black sole on one pair and theyd put on a white sole, no apology whatsoever. After 3 weeks, They offered to send them back. Also in 3 weeks they couldnt put any polish on them. Over 70 each . Rubbish customer service dont bother, take your shoes somewhere else.
