Wasn't too tricky being a Sunday but least parking was free. No queue helped too. Straight in, straight out.

Queues are long and take ages. Not enough staff. They try and do their best.

Selva the owner...... one seemingly rude and greedy individual, obviously disgruntled and feels its wholly beneath him at having to man the post office desk of one of his FOUR post offices......was excessively blunt and rude to each customer I watched him serve before me. On serving me....I spent 50 on postage and asked some details about the insurance leaflet he presented me, he folded the receipt back down and said its all there for me to read on the receipt, I turned it back around on the desk and said can you just point to the one my receipt relates to please, again he folded down my receipt turned it back to me and said the same again, I said excuse me turning it back again to him and opening the panthlet, please can you show me which one it is? Again he closed it down and said read the receipt sir its all there! I gave up!..........Selva your customer service is terrible and clearly you don't enjoy your little empire or interacting with the customers, even your own staff when I spoke to them raised their eyebrows and rolled their eyes about you so maybe it's time to hang up the old hardware apron and find something else to do.
