Kamsons Pharmacy

What a disaster of a place. Prescription at Kamsons on Thursday to be ready to be collected. Gave them two extra days to get the prescription ready. Go Saturday lunch time and after queuing for twenty minutes to pick up prescription only to find not ready. Please come back in 20 min. Return 40 min later ( and further wait) told that about bone third of prescription not there and that they owe me this and to come back again. Sort this out.

Not a complaint about the pharmacy per se but the manor in which the drivers delivering the medication, way too fast, don't signal, don't look before they pull our etc.

Terrible service, by the younger till staff, have trouble every time with scripts being lost, try phoning and the phone line is terrible..

Never had troubles in 50+ years with chemists until I started using Kamsons! This time doctor sent prescription Friday (be ready Tues) so gave them extra day but still not ready Weds. Waited, only to then be told "hasn't come into stock yet. We'll have to reorder" so a totally waste of 30mins, now to be repeated. On collection, yet again, Adrenaline injectors barely within dispensable date(6 mths) expiring in only 7mths so all to be repeated January. Extra work & cost to NHS - KAMSONS get 'near expiry date' at a discount price? or do they search local shops to 'dump' oldest? Staff lovely but whole Customer Service very poor. They have mobile number - why not text to say "Sorry, it'll take longer than expected to be ready" I would NEVER recommend them. Back to Boots!

Used to be excellent, but all the good staff have now gone. Prescriptions now take at least a week to be delivered, and often have items missing. Will be trying Lloyds in future.
