Absolutely shambolic service. Nothing but excuses & having to go through 111 just to get an emergency prescription because the people are so incompetent. The only good thing about that place is a lovely gentleman called Guarin. Shame all staff cant be like him. There is no need for rudeness & I feel majority of staff unfortunately are.

Booked my flu jab well in advance. Turned up to find a notice on the door. "Closed due to no pharmacist" Well done Boots. Poor service. Booked with Tesco pharmacy instead.
