Less than zero! There is always problem with that pharmacy and they are not helpful! Today I wanted medication on urgent prescription and it has been made up apparently but they have no pharmacist to give it to me...why have they dispensed it? I do not know! I cannot get it else where as it has been dispensed. Terrible service.

The lady working today 21/8/2022 in a floral top either refused to, or had no idea how to apply my staff discount onto my partners purchase. He presented the e-discount card, and she said she didn't know how to and neither does the pharmacist. Either the branch needs to re-visit till training, or they need to read about the new e-discount cards. She shouldn't be operating a till if she doesn't know how to use one. Not impressed.

We needed an emergency prescription on a Saturday evening, it was sent from a virtual appointment by email to Lloyds and was much delayed then arrived wrong. Batoul and her colleague did everything possible to make it happen, her diligence and flexibility meant we got the tablets with 3 minutes to spare before store closing. My wife got much needed relief instead of facing a very bad night. Thankyou Batoul, you really helped.

DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE TIME HERE!!!! ONE PRODUCTS ARE FAR MORE EXPENSIVE AND CHEAPER AND READILY AVAILABLE IN OTHER SUPERMARKETS TWO THEY HAVE NO NOTICES ON DOORS TO SAY THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS FROM BRITISH LEGAL TENDER WHILE EVERY OTHER PHARMACY INCLUDING OTHER LLOYDS PHARMACYS DO ACCEPT CASH THE STAFF ARE DISGUSTING AND CONDESCENDING EVEN TO THE SUPERVISOR LEVEL AND I SHALL NOW HEAD UP THIS COMPLAINT WITH LLOYDS PHARMACY HEAD OFFICE AVOID THIS PHARMACY BASED ON PRICING ATTITUDE AND DAM RIGHT RIDICULOUS IDEAS ON REFUSING BRITISH CURRENCY WHEN RESTRICTIONS HAVE ENDED BY FAR THE BIGGEST JOKE SINCE THE PANDEMIC!!!!
