        Abysmal/ non existent customer service. I'm still waiting for my package to be delivered 20 days after ordering "in stock" items and paying for next day delivery. When/if you ever hear back from any one they just say they are "looking into it" then disappear again.

        I should have checked the reviews before making a purchase. As others have stated, customer service is rubbish. The pictures on listings dont match with the titles. Wrong item sent which doesnt match the picture. Gosia from sales is still clueless and doesnt understand where they went wrong when clearly they have put up random pictures with different titles. Submitted chargeback as they want me to return the heavy tin which will eat into my refund due to costs.
