    Ordered boots on the 21st November. Called them on the 1st December as they hadnt arrived. Was told they were awaiting stock from Germany and was assured they would be arriving the following week and would arrive in time for Christmas. I mentioned the Royal Mail strikes and the fact we dont currently have an Evri courier in our area and was told they dont use Royal Mail or Evri. The following week came and went and aware that it was approaching the limit for me to order elsewhere in time to receive for Christmas, I tried to call unsuccessfully and emailed Cissbury to find out the status of my order. This was ignored so on the 15th December I put in a request via PayPal, asking that I be informed as to when the boots would be arriving or refunded so that I may purchase elsewhere. No response but on the 16th, they updated my PayPal claim to say the boots had been despatched and added a Royal Mail tracking number. Despite telling me they dont use Royal Mail. This is clearly a ploy to delay refunding me as the boots still havent actually been despatched. Royal Mail tracking has remained the same since the 16th and says the sender has merely created the shipment/label and hasnt actually passed the goods to Royal Mail. Its sickening that any business would do this so close to Christmas. Because of the strikes and subsequent delays with Royal Mail, it wasnt apparent that theyd done this until it was too late for me to order elsewhere and now I have no boots to gift my husband on Christmas Day. Its not a style you can buy in a shop. I ordered with over a month to go to ensure that I would receive them in time and it seems Ive been the victim of a scammer. Please avoid this company.

    Delivery was very fast and cheap, even abroad. I live in Germany. Product (RAF Greatcoat) was in an excellent condition! The communication was also fast and informative. Would buy again anytime!
