Really great Team. Very helpful and knowledgeable and supportive - in the respect if you have not got all your ducks in a row - Cubitts have somebody you can talk to, and no obligations. It is a learning curve all this property stuff and I have found Cubitts to be great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I sent an inquiry of the lease length of a property in Littlehampton. This agent kept sending me text messages (asking me to call them back) without my permission. They gathered unnecessary personal information including my residential address, email address, telephone number, and even date of birth. I did not feel right by the sound of the person on the phone. I refused to give my date of birth. The agent then said 'then I am not able to help you'. They refused to tell me the length of the lease of the property which is just the basic information when I declined to disclose further of personal information. The whole conversation caused a lot of discomfort and distress. They are nothing more than a scammer! It is a violation of confidentiality when gathering excessive information from any customer! Be careful!! Avoid this scammer!!!
