The rental team were fabulous in helping us find our new home. During our move, we had a problem with the boiler, heating and hot water but thankfully Laura from the management team resolved the issue efficiently and quickly. I can't thank her enough. However, ongoing issues haven't been resolved by the Management team even after nearly 4 months of being in the property.

Leaders are very professional and go out of their way to help. Tina was very welcoming and friendly from the moment of the tour, to finalising the paperwork. Despite the challenges with the rules and regulations she made the transition swiftly and smoothly as possible even got a lovely pampering box for the Mrs highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Laura Court at Leaders for some time now. I have found her charming, friendly and always keen to help even when she's obviously very busy with other troublesome tenants (yes, I count myself among them!). Sometimes the wheels can grind slowly, but this is never the fault of Laura's work other parties can be slow to respond, but Laura is always there chasing them up. Best of all, she keeps people INFORMED about what's going on (sadly becoming rarer nowadays) and will often pick the phone to let know the latest developments. Keep up the good work, Leaders!
