We had Amtico fitted and couldnt be happier, they turned up early, worked really hard and everything was done when they said it would be. From start to finish really happier with the service.

GRCs came highly recommended and first impressions were fantastic, super helpful and friendly. Gave lots of advice. Price was competitive. Paid deposit then had to chase for a date. Was told it would be done over two days. The fitter who did the Amtico floor was excellent. Polite and high work standards over the two days. Explained about the Amtico, adhesive, replacement etc. Unfortunately the next date for the carpets was canceled last minute due to sickness. Then when the fitters turned up I was told it would take a further two days as the carpet would hang out the back of the van and get wet on route from the warehouse to the property, as it was raining on and off that day. I had to ask to have several stairs redone as they were lumpy/not flat and door bars were scratched.. as apparently they were stored in the van and move about. Clearly upset by having to redo this but they did. I had to trim off several loose strands after job was completed. Bottom of the stairs have 3 nails (by the looks of it) used to hold the carpet to the stairs. Not very slightly. When asked about it, I was told the carpet would smooth out over this and cover it. The previous carpets did not need this. Its been over a month and a door bar has already started to lift and the carpet on the stair is still lumpy. Overall not very satisfied and although was told they would fix any issues, would rather go somewhere else, this includes having the spare carpets bound for mats and to purchase the Amtico cleaner etc. very disappointing and unfortunately wont be recommending them.

Really like goring road carpets. Theyve fitted a couple of our carpets so far. From the measuring to the fitting, the team are pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and the fitting has been spot on. We have no complaints and looking forwards to the next room to be done

Excellent service from all the team, competitive price and very pleased with the flooring. I will certainly use this company again.
