        Went in to get a birthday card and gift for my wife. When I got to the till the manager and staff member were chatting to each other. I was ignored. I said Hi, and then was reluctantly served. No customer engagement, no hello , no thankyou, no smile. When I paid they just carried on chatting and ignored me again. Wont be shopping here again.
