Chris and I would just like to thank you Harry and your team for an amazing River Cruise. Nothing is too much trouble, always there to listen. The organisation was 5 Star, you never disappoint. We would also like to mention the crew and staff on the Cyrano de Bergerac they were fantastic, again always happy to help and with smiling faces. The food onboard was exceptional, not one bad meal, WOW. Thank you, This is our 4th booked cruise with Harry, 5 star yet again, you will be in safe hands. Were ready and waiting for the next one. The Bordeaux River Cruise was amazing. Well organised and executed. We left everything to them although we had the option to get or own flights and transfers. They kept us updated with flight changes outwith their control and everything ran as it should. We will definitely be cruising with them again. Looking forward to the next time.

I can't lavish enough praise and respect that I have for Harry Lightfoot and all of the team at Fusion Holidays & Cruises. They go more than the extra mile to ensure you have an amazing holiday. Their commitment and integrity are second to none; I only wish all other traders, in whatever field, that it is necessary for you to have dealings with, would follow their business practices. I have been on several cruises, organised by Fusion, the most recent being a riverboat cruise, on MSC Cyrano De Bergerac, from Bordeaux. This was particularly challenging as it was originally supposed to have been in June 2020 (thanks Covid). This meant that Fusion had to re-arrange it for 2021 and again for 2022. I was always kept in the loop during this time by Fusion and it was certainly worth waiting for. The riverboat was immaculate, the food beautifully presented and delicious and the crew most attentive to my every need. I must add that this was a speciality dance cruise, necessitating a huge amount of additional organisation by Harry Lightfoot and the team. Certainly from a passenger's perspective, everything appeared to run like clockwork. I look forward to booking my next cruise, or other holiday come to that, with Fusion Holidays and Cruises.

Fantastic cruise with Harry and Fusion Holidays. First class ship, staff, meals, dance teachers, Ceroc crew and fellow cruisers. Had a 5 star experience. Ill be first in the queue for the next one.
