        Tried to phone Rustington store but no options are given on phone to speak to someone in store on customer services. Trying to find out if they had rotisserie chickens available on that day, before I wasted a journey. Eventually had to go through to technical help to get a person. She was very helpful but it did not solve the issue of speaking to a person in store.

        No delivery slots or click and collect available. I am vulnerable, registered with gov.uk yet Im not recognised as such. I am disgusted and feel badly let down by Sainsburys.

        Very poor check out .,,,had our grocery throw at us. Then told we had drinks so the coupon would not work.We only had grocery !!!
