Disappointed to say the least!! I wanted a Bouquet made up to take to my daughters in the flowers she had in her wedding bouquet. I spoke with the florists as to the style of Roses and Colour I required. We choose the colour the fullness of the roses, for little pearls to be added into it along with the ribbon I'd picked out. The florists showed me the exact roses on the computer and wrote everything down for the florists to makeup the next day.. What I got was 2 small bud roses that were already on the stock floor, so no special order of the Rose I was shown on the computer, and a load of just green foliage!! No pearls, and no ribbon. The assistant asked if I wanted them wrapped up, to which I said of course i did, were they expecting me to just take them as they were naked with no wrapping. I was so disappointed that I ended up paying for more flowers to add to add some colour to the bouquet. The bouquet cost 20.00 I was told each Rose costs 2.50...I had 2 Roses in the bouquet the rest was greenery...how did that about to 20!! I had to pay for more roses to be added in to make it look like what I was expecting. I wished I had made my own. Support your local shops...no way if that's the sort of service they provide, I'll stick to Mark's and Spencers flowers in future. I will never use them again..what a rip off.
