Went to get a key cut but it didn't work unfortunately, Basically took the key back to get a refund and get cut somewhere else and the guy was like I'll try and re-cut (what I really wanted was a refund as stated above) after a brief exchange of words and me asking if it was "not an option to have a Refund then?" A gentleman in a black shirt replied with "is that what you want then?" well yes (if it's not too much trouble). Now I understand that there maybe problems with cutting keys and it might not work properly all of the time but perhaps this gentleman should just think a little more about the way he speaks to customers and the words he uses. As I've never had a problem with this shop before, but I'm reluctant to go back now as I feel uncomfortable, and that my custom will be unwelcomed!
