Had to help a lady do a few bits at this bank today due to language barriers. Was greeted by a lovely woman waiting at the front entrance, even asked us to use the hand sanitizer. On the other hand, the lady working in the bank who served us had a disgusting attitude. Made the whole situation awkward and more difficult. I mistakenly confused her about what help we need as I was translating between 2 languages and the lady started to sound verbally aggressive in terms of her tone towards us. Very disappointed - didn't seem like she wanted to help us at all.
