The staff are friendly and they try to be helpful, BUT there is not enough staff to give a decent service. So only one person behind the desk when there are long queues. It is not reasonable to expect folk to stand in a line for 20 minutes for a service.

Not helpful at all, just wanted get rid of me. Went there about my mortgage, they told me to ring some number, I needed to talk to someone in person. Rustington brunch in West Sussex not recommend
