Gatwick Parking Spaces

AWFUL experience, do not use. They delivered car to wrong terminal, rude and shouted down the phone at me, then hung up on me twice. Gave me the car parking ticket to get out the carpark, for 23 and said I had to pay it, called to complain and he shouted again and was racist and mocking. NEVER USE THESE COMPLETE JOKERS.

Left my car with these for 4 days at Bristol. It is the same company and they run and manage at various airports. They were late on departure and arrival collecting and dropping off the car, probably as they couldn't remember where they parked my car. When I got home I noticed my dashcam was unplugged, when I reviewed the footage I notice eratic driving, overtaking and close to going into another car and then they left the car parked at the aide of a road for 4 days. Then they unplug the camera. Gave the female manager chance to fix but have now sent my footage to bbc watchdog and 3 local newspapers.

Damaged my vehicle whilst in their custody. A painful back and forth where they denied it. Eventually they conceded liability, but made it very difficult from a practical perspective to get it fixed. All in, a disappointing customer service experience. Certainly would not recommend.

We had to wait just short of an hour for our car to be delivered. I found the staff on the phone rude and was given three different versions of how long it would take to get the car. Would not use again.
