        Our printer had a malfunction and I'm so pleased that we called Stefan. He made time to come out to see us really quickly, and within an hour the issue was fixed, plus he charged fairly. We have added him to our speed dial!

        Above excellent service. Came out same day, on his way home. Explained everything & more, as I am an o.a.p. After fitting my printer, showed me how to open it, how to change the ink, & load the paper. Very reasonable charge, considering the time here. Would definitely use again, & recommend.

        Stefan arrived on time and got my printer talking to the router again. He also got it scanning again. Not only was he knowledgable but he took the time to explain things to me so I could make notes. I now know how to add additional laptops to talk wirelessly to the printer in the future should my grown children ever need to use the printer. I would highly recommend Digital Office Solutions.         My old printer recently broke down beyond economical repair and bought a new Xerox printer from Stefan at DOS after he recommended the best make and model for my needs. He prepared the machine in his office prior to delivery the following day, installed it and showed me how to use it (dead easy!). He even disposed of my old machine. I have been using it for the last few days and it works perfectly. Importantly, I know that if I did run into a problem, Stefan is there to solve it. Thanks mate! I am now a happy bunny again!.
