Amazing service and very reasonable price. I have an older DFS sofa and the original seat cushions were flat and lumpy. Direct Foam were very friendly and helpful when I called and I was able to pop in and have the covers filled that day, even though it was just before Christmas.

I had an armchair that had sagged after 8 years of constant use, (while the sofa is still as good as the day I bought it). I was sceptical about trying this service, and thought I had to live with it, but I am so glad I found Direct Foam. My new foam cushions are perfectly firm, and it is like the day I bought it. More importantly, Stacey, who dealt with my enquiry from start to finish, was really helpful and friendly, and put up with my many rookey questions! It took exactly a week for the cushions to be collected/foam cut, and then returned to me. I paid the extra 12.50 for DPD to collect the covers as I did not want to risk measuring it myself and making a mistake. Everything happened so smoothly and fast! Highly recommend this company if you want to give your sofas/.chairs, etc., a new lease of life!
