Lordans Loft Conversion

From first meeting Mark, to then seeing the scaffolding going up and the team arriving, I cannot fault the professionalism and good work of all at Lordans. Communication was brilliant and at no time did we ever feel out of the loop. Great job, great company and lovely new loft room. We had our loft conversion done by Lordans lofts in Sept 2021. It's almost been 1yr and we are so happy with the work they have done. We 100% recommend them to anyone considering a loft conversion. The whole process ran smoothly and on time! Since they buy materials ahead of time, we didn't have supply chain issues. They did an excellent job and the communication was clear throughout the process. They were very happy to be collaborative and worked to my specific requests about where things should be and really let us make the space our own. The quote we got from Mark was actually the amount we paid, plus a few little extras we added on during the build. We were really glad that the final cost was actually the same as the quote we were given.

Couldn't ask for anymore....OUTSTANDING Wow, where to start....Lordans have exceeded my expectations, we were very nervous about getting such a big project done, from the first day Mark entered our house he reassured us and put our minds at rest and was always there to answer any questions throughout. Everyone involved from start to finish were professional, informative and fun to have around and made the build a pleasure rather than a chore! The standard of work is high from the build right down to the snagging. We are super please and have an amazing new space that I cant wait to enjoy. If you are thinking about having your loft converted do not hesitate to give Lordans a call you will not be disappointed
