Sent my 8 month kitten Maggie to stay here for a week. Maureen was absolutely amazing, showed me around and where Maggie would be staying. Everything was spotless and the cats that were there looked really happy and contented. I got reassured that I could ring anytime to get an update. It's the first time Maggie has been away from me for any length of time, I had nothing to worry about. She obviously loved it as she didn't want to get back in her basket. Would 100% recommend here to anyone looking for a cattery.

I have taken our cat here few times and he enjoyed it but i agree about the other comments from other people about the older lady behind the counter. She is rude and abrupt. Unfortunately our cat gets travel sick so have had to look nearer to home Yes it was in May but she is always rude everytime we come in. The first time we came in we've never had a cat before and we forgot the vaccination card and she did not make us feel welcome at all. The reason we've had to look elsewhere is because our cat does not travel well on the journey and because of the rude woman
