        When I was booked in to complete my peadiatric first aid training with Claire, I was extremely nervous. I needn't have worried. Claire is a fantastic trainer, and delivers exceptional content in a fun and informative way. Working in small groups on resuscitation is a brilliant idea. Lots of practical work and discussions is a great teaching technique. Claire makes you feel so comfortable and confident to join in with discussions and questions (if you want to). The time flew by in my two training sessions due to the fun delivery of the training, and I have left feeling so much more informed and confident. Without a doubt the best first aid course I've ever attended. Thank you so much Claire.

        I have social anxiety and was attending this course alone and felt relaxed and confident enough to speak in front of everyone. Claire was excellent and some of her teaching techniques are great. I think I'll retain more from this course than others I've done. And thank you for looking after me when I was having dizzy spells!
