Unbelievably huge range considering the size of the shop! I've always been well looked after by Beckside and found their range, fitting and customer care to be very good.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Arranged an appointment for a specific day of the week when I would be at home for them to give a quote. They decided they wanted to tie my appointment in with someone else in the area and changed the day they were calling to see me. This despite the fact that I had already told them I would not be available. I did not get the phone message they had left for me until late in the day on the day of the appointment. Waited at home all day for them to show up. Get the feeling that customer satisfaction is not high on their list of priorities.

Lovely friendly service. Bruce helped organise my new kitchen floor and the standard of work was excellent. Very tidy workers too. The job was done swiftly and the fee was very reasonable.
