One Stop

Most of the staff are very helpful. They have varied last minute shopping items what you may have missed off you shopping list. Although they do run out of bread & skimmed milk occasionally but on the whole pretty good. They also accept parcels to return such as Evri etc. Please like posts if they are any help thanks

If there is one thing I cannot stand its a shop manager who cant be bothered to do anything and instead, calls a junior member of staff off break to help a customer while she stands there reading a magazine. Just because you are a manager, doesnt make you any better than the kid who is striving to impress. I work in retail and management and I abhor this holier than thou attitude of those who think they are above others. Youre not and its not the first time either so I wont be shopping here again.

Recently brought some sausages,when I took them out the fridge to cook them they were mouldy,only brought them a couple of days before and they were still in date. I messaged one stop stores twice to complain and never got a reply which is what I'm more angry about. The shop itself is good always helpful and polite.
