I rang my order in at 5:50 pm to be told it would be a half-hour wait, as I was half an hour from home and expected it to be almost ready when I got there. Well, I was still sitting there at 7 pm waiting yet others that came in and ordered were in and out before mine was even ready. The service has gone downhill massively, unfortunately. No one updated me until I went up to the till. Once home the food wasn't hot it was warm, Chips overdone and the chicken balls were very greasy and overcooked. Unfortunately due to this and past orders not being the best we won't be back. The blonde-haired girl was great but the others sorry need more training. Parking: Don't park on the yellow lines as the traffic warden's work over time.

Awful service rang at 5:20 as had family over they were leaving after the food so thought we had plenty of time, was told on the phone the order would be 1 hour if we wanted delivery or collection so we chose delivery what a mistake. We waited 1 hour 40 minutes and rang to be told it would be another 30 minutes, we waited still no food arrived told it would be another 15 minutes and that a table had come into the restaurant after we had ordered our take away food and they now had priority, no apology or phonecall to say our order would be delayed, we finally got our food at 7:40pm after waiting 2 and a half hours. Some of the food was tasteless and cold on arrival will not be ordering again. family went home hungry because of the awful service. Dont offer take out and a restaurant if you cant cope. Very poorly run.
