Came quickly, cheaper by far than the vet I use, and responded quickly to my email query

This was the first time I used 365Vet. I ordered on the Wednesday, received confirmation email on Thursday and received the prescription required Advocate on the Friday. If I had read the reviews I probably would not have used 365Vet. But I am very pleased with the service I received and would happily use again. Small points to mention - on my account I set up I could not see my order I had placed and as mentioned above I did not receive an email until the next day, so I had to check my credit card transactions to confirm my order had been received successfully. Other than that I am very satisfied and impressed how quickly I received my order via Royal Mail.

AVOID PLEASE!!!! My order is late 12days my doggy have heart failure and he need his diuretic. Nobody care I ask them to track it they told me should pay for tracking delivery... how you are selling medications and don't make your deliveries tracked. My doggy almost die last night.. They just want your money. Rude!! Unprofessional!!!! Careless!!! Found new pharmacy all deliveries include tracking and that's how should be. One star is too much for them!!!!

Ordered urgent meds for my dog & customer services went above & beyond my expectations to ensure I could pick his meds up later than day thank you very much

If i could have ledft no stars i would have I Sent a prescription to these for my dog the vet said get them asap so i sent the it a week later still not had it they were antibiotics I cant afford another 35 consultation fee and cost of the antibiotics again . Called but was told i could paid more for the postage to get them sooner . I wont ever use these again and do not recommend at all
