I work for a very large rehire company and I can honestly say that platform hire offers great service and deliveries are always on time everytime and we will only use reliable and honest companies...just ignore the low reviews as they either must have not paid there invoices (so who can blame the company for not delivering )or they are fake reviews from competitors

I used this company 3 times! First time they called me 24 hours prior to delivery to say i would not be getting my machine as it is broken! It left me with a huge problem to find one short notice at extra cost! 2nd time the machine turned only because i was 300 mtrs from their site doing a job, but it broken down same day!!!! 3rd time they called me 48 hours before to say machine was broken and i would not be getting it so yet again i over paid to get a machine short notice elsewhere! Totally unprofessional, completely unacceptable to constantly let customers down. To avoid disappointment avoid this company!

We ordered a lifter to be delivered to site for a night shift, which did not turn up. There was no help provided when we called to ask why. Due to this we had to pay a high fee for another company to deliver a lifter at short notice, lost money paid to our electricians that were on site and left our customer very unhappy. Tried to resolve the issue with Platform Hire, who were demanding payment for a previous invoice, we suggested that this should be reduced due to the inconvenience, loss of earnings etc, casued by the lifter that did not arrive on site. Platform Hire refused to alter the invoice and Chris our rep tried to suggest that the lifter was not originally ordered.
