Amazing service from JJ Rattan! Bought the Morgan with fire pit set and Im delighted with the quality and comfort from my garden furniture. Yes it was a bit expensive but its worth the price. Only waited 6 days to have my furniture delivered. They kept me update from day 1 to delivery day, even received a text message 24 hours before delivery. Well done JJ Rattan, will defenitely recommend to my friends

Cant thank Jack and the team enough, they delivered our furniture at very short notice in time for my wifes Birthday. Fantastic product and service, will be back for more when our new landscaping is.complete. Super company!

They are taking me to court. bought the Meghan corner sofa. 2 months after purchase it started to bend complained to jack who asked for pictures which i sent was then told was down to neglect or misuse (how by sitting on it?) i said i was going to turn up to his shows with said furniture if i don't get a replacement or refund he said he was contacting a solicitor about me i see someone else on here has the same problem and same reply anyway i contacted my bank got a chargeback (my money back, this company wont collect the furniture saying its not fit for resale, obviously hence my complaint, and ive just spent the last 2 hrs filling out a H.M. Courts & Tribunals form, as he is taking me to court now for more than i paid for the furniture in the first place buyer beware

We looked at a lot of online shops and everything in our area. This was the only place that actually had the stock they're advertising and at a competitive price. Delivery was within a couple of days of the promise. It's good furniture and the people seem genuinely keen to make a customer happy. Thank you
