Unity Fitness

I have been training at Unity for a couple of months now and couldnt recommend it highly enough. As well as amazing coaching from Lisa it is such a friendly welcoming environment where I have been made to feel at home from the start.

I've been training at Unity now for a few months and what initially appealed to me was the friendly, inclusive nature of the place and it's staff. Being new to Crossfit and this type of training, I was slightly nervous at first, but I really enjoyed my trial and joined without hesitation. I've found it to be a great environment to train in - all the members are friendly and really push you on when the workouts are challenging! The coaches are also brilliant and always provide a personal touch to make sure you're hitting your personal targets and to ensure training is enjoyable. Overall, it's a pleasure to be a member of Unity. It doesn't feel like you're part of a 'gym' - more a part of a team.

I have tried a lot of training styles over the years but unity fitness is another level. I was nervous to try CrossFit - I had my own bias about what to expect but whatever your preconceptions are forget them and join Lisa and the team! Incredibly supportive community, incredibly diverse training which will challenge you but is always within your capability Lisa is first class, passionate and knowledgeable and an all round great human! Whether youre a seasoned athlete or a weekend warrior dont look elsewhere this is is the place for you

Amazing CrossFit gym with a great supportive community of members. The coaching is excellent and tailored to individual needs, ensuring consistent progression. Unity is a welcoming environment catering to all levels of fitness and experience. Workouts are always varied with plenty of coaching time built in. The facilities are also first class and the gym well equipped, clean and well maintained ensuring member safety. If youve ever thought about trying CrossFit but have been deterred by its reputation then park your preconceptions and check out Unity Fitness, its probably not what you expect but is actually a whole lot more.
