        Recently bought 6 rough sawn planks of redwood timber in a specific size from here. I needed the planks at short notice and Alan was able to oblige in three working days and at a cheaper price than the national companies were quoting (with a minimum delivery of 10 days). I collected the planks myself. I would highly recommend him both for the service and the guidance he gave me.

        Alan Lister took on a small job that no other local sawmills would accept. He was friendly and approachable and did a beautiful job of cutting my fallen apple tree into quarter-sawn billets.
