absolutely AMAZING service from Zoe. this was my first skincare treatment (ever!) and the process and service exceeded my expectations completely. I was given a customised treatment (from products used to recommendations for my skincare routine) and was made to feel at home and relaxed. the treatment included products from a medical-grade skincare brand which you can purchase after your treatment but I only know this from observation. in fact, I was actually recommended a range of affordable products from different non-affiliated brands that were more accessible for my budget and even a little list of recs / advice. at one stage a face mask applied during treatment started to sting and Zoe immediately removed it from the area and replaced it with a gentler clay mask without even being asked she was so attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. I cant drive but I found it very accessible via bus routes so definitely worth the trip out of town. thank you so much again for the VIP treatment and customer service! Service: HydraFacial
