Vitavia Greenhouses

Contacted vitavia regarding a lost part after I moved my greenhouse to a different part of the garden asking where I could purchase the part from. I received an e mail with construction diagram to identify the lost part I sent my address and the part was posted to me FOC with no quibble. Customer care and service has been second to non a true rarety these days.

We have a 5 year old Orion, solid as a rock and looks lovely too. Had a small problem with the door this week, which we couldn`t work out how to fix. Very nice gentleman spent a good 25 minutes or more talking us through how to fix it. He was so patient with us too. He`s even going to send us some bits to complete the repair. I've just completed building a green house from this company and want to let you know how pleased I am with every aspect of this company's service and product. The price is very reasonable. Delivery was quick and exactly when they said it would be. I found the instructions clear, all the parts high quality and they all fitted together very accurately. Took the plunge and bought my first greenhouse, so did a lot of research and decided on the Vitavia Venus. I am so happy I did! Its an awesome greenhouse - sturdy, well constructed, looks great and loads of space. I love the flexibility to build on extras like Louvre vents, water butt etc. and all the parts are of great quality. Ordering and delivery was easy, I had a couple of queries that I contacted them about and the customer service was first class (Chris couldnt be more helpful and is a super face of the company). I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Vitavia on all fronts and with the wide choice of greenhouses there will be one to suit most tastes. The Venus in my view is top class value for money.

My 8x6 Vitavia Venus greenhouse is excellent, in powder coated green. It has a quality finish, which should last a very long time, and looks really nice in our garden. I had it professionally installed (by Stuart of Essex Flatpack, also excellent) and he was very complementary about the brand. Spares and accessories are reasonably priced and on the two occasions that I contacted Vitavia they were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond. Overall a very satisfying experience; something which is increasingly rare!! Thankyou Vitavia.
