Came to remove cupboards from the wall in my kitchen so that soilpipe could be repaired they didn't turn off the water so flooded the kitchen used 16 towels of mine plus guest room bedding and then we had to use my front room rug to stop us slipping over have replaced at a cost of 174i have sent 3 emails phoned 4 times they took both my phone numbers still haven't called or written to me I don't see why I should pay for your employees negligence I want to be reimbursed for my towels and rug so far nothing this incident was in July it's now October

MC Contracts are a nationwide long term contractor to Anchor Hanover for repairs etc paid for by residents through the Service Charge. It is 3 weeks since I reported a fault with a simple bathroom extractor fan. It was 8 days before an operative called and said he would have to order a replacement. It is now 30 days since the fault was first reported and nothing has happened.. Appalling service. Unfortunately I cannot give it zero stars. Service: Fan repair
